Delivery or Installation? Its your call…

At Paranoid, we believe that it is best to make things as simple as possible so, all of the products on our site include delivery within the UK. 

Or, if you prefer to bring your vehicle to our Bidford-on-Avon workshop, one of our experienced team will install your purchases for you.

Once ready for shipping, all our orders are delivered on a Next Day service. We use high quality, bespoke packaging to ensure your gear arrives in perfect condition.  Please note that drawer systems have a 3-week lead time from the point of order to allow for manufacture.  If you need your item more quickly, please give us a call or drop us an email, we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.

If you’re based outside the UK, get in touch with us and we’ll discuss the most cost effective way of shipping your order.  Please note that our free shipping offer does not include areas outside of the UK mainland.

Naturally, you’ll be kept fully up to speed with the position of your order by email, so you’ll know when to expect it. 

Accidents can happen. If your order arrives and the packaging is damaged, please take photos before opening. Then check over your gear carefully for damage. If you find any, immediately contact us. We’ll take care of it from there on and make sure you have the kit you ordered.

Refunds

We understand that sometimes things might not quite be what they seem online. If you change your mind, we will be happy to refund any non-bespoke items as long as they are returned to us within 14 days and are in an un-used and re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot meet shipping costs for returns, but are happy to point you in the direction of a tracked courier service, should you require it.

If your item is faulty, please get in touch. We will be pleased to offer a full refund or replacement within the first 28 days. After this point, do not despair, we won’t abandon you …. the process is just slightly different! Depending on the warranty terms on your item, we will be happy to arrange a repair or replacement for your product as swiftly as we can. Please contact us via phone or email so we can assist.
